Gathered together before God, in the presence of each other and the whole world, we do now pledge ourselves: To Jesus, the Christ, our Lord and Savior; that we will be his followers, guided by His Word and Spirit, seeking Him in worship, study & prayer. To each other, that we will be brother and sister in our Lord to each other; Seeking each one’s growth and encouragement in their walk with the Lord.
And to the mission of Christ in our world; telling of Jesus, urging people to find peace with God and new life by faith in Christ; giving witness to the  justice and true ways of God; here in the vicinity of Gold, Pennsylvania,  and to the farthest parts of the world.

The Gold Church exists to glorify God through obedience to His Word, devotion to His body, and engagement in His mission. Our mission is to encourage and welcome all persons in the Gold area to God’s invitation to follow HIM. This mission will be accomplished through the basic Christian principles of teaching, fellowship and worship.
